Eating In

As winners of the AA Best Breakfast in Wales, guests can experience a real British Breakfast cooked in the farmhouse kitchen using local fresh produce or seasonal produce from the organic garden whenever possible. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room and, on fine days, on the terrace in the morning sunshine, overlooking the organic vegetable garden and views across the Towy Valley. If you are early enough, perhaps you could pick the strawberries and raspberries for breakfast before the birds wake up! Many birds can be seen around the garden; John Tomlin, a regular visitor to Capel Dewi Uchaf Country House enjoying his breakfast on the terrace and an avid bird fancier, saw 19 species in the time it took him to enjoy his breakfast in the garden, which even included a Red Kite! Delight in meeting new friends over breakfast.

Enjoy a five course Dinner Party Style experience in the Baronial Dining Room. Everything is home cooked using seasonal produce from the garden or marvellous local producers. Dinner can be served for a minimum of six people, suitable for a family celebration or corporate dining, served at 8 p.m. Pre-booking is required a day in advance.
